It describes a young girl's Liesel Meminger relationship with her foster parents, the other residents of their neighborhood and a young Jewish man who hides in her home during the escalation of World War II. A beautiful novel that moves the mind and touches the heart. A story about true friendship and love in the time of Nazi Germany is written in an interesting way and you can read it in "one breath", sometimes terrifying and heartbreaking. This book can't be described, you just have to read it !!!!!
